Maxi Toppy Ph Advance WB is a versatile device, allowing the pallet-changing operation by load turning.
Thanks to the special system adopted, it doesn't require big pressure on the load; as a consequence, the pallet replacement can take place in a simple, quick and safe way.
This kind of equipment, delivered worldwide in thousands of units, fulfils the requirements of several fields of use. It is in fact suitable to work with different kinds of product, typical condition within pharmaceutical, food and logistic sectors. Like any Toppy machine, it complies with the strictest European and American rules and pays special attention to the GMPs, with its smooth surface and bevelled shape assuring the best hygiene and cleanliness.
The rotation device is included in the frame of a strong electronic pallet jack, allowing the equipment to move in this way, the pallet replacement operation can be carried our in different places of the plant.
Maxi Toppy Ph Advance WB can lift and turn loads up to 1500 Kg, with pallet sizes 800 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm or 1200 x 1200 mm. The maximum possible height of the load is 1720 mm (pallet included).

We can design the DOBOT to integrate with automatically guided vehicle (AGV). This allows a mobile robot arm at your service. It can operate as a stand-alone system which can be moved from one workstation to the next. The robot arm can move in a long production line for pick and place or assembly but they also can be designed to switch lines and functions. The AGV can move around based on magnetic strip, QR code or LIDAR type.

This new system, patented by XTS Technologies Sdn Bhd, is not only a way to move, handle and stack your loads. This genial idea will let companies reduce their packaging and transport expenses, and respect nature at the same time. Thanks to XTS Palletless System, the traditional wooden pallet will be replaced by a new and revolutionary plastic pallet. Such plastic pallet is very light (only 1,2 Kg) and ecological, because recyclable. The process is started by placing the load onto a traditional wrapping machine that will apply a plastic film onto the four sides of the load.
